Kitchen 

Most people will tell you that the kitchen is the heart of their homes. As such, we feel that it is important that your kitchen be a full reflection of who you are. At EcoCité, we offer a wonderful standard kitchen that you may choose to take ‘as is’, or customize in a number of ways.

All kitchen options have been created with the environment and your health in mind. Wood is either ecologically sourced or reclaimed. All finishes are low-VOC or all-natural vegetable oil based. Adhesives are low-VOC, and the least toxic available. A full array of door kitchen customization options available  from door styles, to wine racks and everything in between.

Cabinets: Cabinets and shelving are made of formaldehyde-free strawboard, with maple wood cabinet fronts and finishing. Stainless steel pulls and handles.

Countertop: 'Chocolate' PaperStone is a durable and stain resistant material made from post-consumer paper.

Plumbing: Stainless steel kitchen sink with chrome single lever faucet.

Bathroom

Tiles: slate-like cermic tiles for the bathroom floor, and white ceramic 'subway' tiles for bath surround.

Plumbing: Dual Flush Toilet-  uniquely designed to use very little water while providing optimum reliable flushing performance. With dual flush, you can choose the flushing power needed, either 6 litre or 3 litre.

Stainless vanity basin, with single lever chrome basin faucet.

5’ acrylic soaker tub, with ceramic surround, chrome pressure-balanced shower faucet, with low-flow, high performance shower head.

Shower units with glass doors and chrome trim, where indicated on plans.

Vanity: Maple wood vanity with white phantasy laminate. Sustainably sourced wood, and low voc strawboard particle board. 

Living Spaces

Lighting, Accessories and Misc.: All light fixtures in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways will accommodate energy efficient lamping and are pre-selected by the Architect to compliment the aesthetic of the particular spaces.

Flooring: ECO-logo certified caramelized Bamboo hardwood engineered plank flooring, throughout.

All Paint is zero volatile organic compound (VOC) EcoLogo certified, low-odour paint.
